Flexicare Brissie is proud to announce our launch as a registered NDIS support provider, offering flexible, person-centred disability support across Brisbane, Logan and surrounding suburbs.
Born from a simple belief – that every person deserves support that fits their life – Flexicare Brissie exists to walk alongside people with disability, their families and support networks. We know that no two journeys are the same, so we focus on listening first, then tailoring supports around each person’s goals, routines and preferences.
What we offer
Flexicare Brissie provides a range of NDIS supports designed to help people live more safely, comfortably and independently at home and in the community, including:
- In-home care & personal support – Help with morning and evening routines, showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, toileting and medication prompts.
- Daily living & household tasks – Support with cleaning, laundry, bed-making and other everyday tasks that keep the home comfortable and manageable.
- Community & social participation – One-to-one or group support to attend appointments, social activities, events and community programs.
- Transport & travel assistance – Reliable transport to appointments, work, study and social outings, along with travel training and confidence building.
- Life & social skills – Practical support to build skills like cooking, shopping, budgeting, digital literacy and personal safety.
- Community nursing care – Clinical support from qualified nurses, including wound care, continence support, medication administration and health monitoring.
We work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants and always stay within the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
