Flexicare Brissie was created with a simple idea: every person deserves support that fits their life, not the other way around. As a local NDIS provider, we work alongside participants, families and support coordinators to make daily living safer, easier and more independent.
We believe in listening first, understanding your goals and then building supports around what matters most to you – whether that’s feeling more confident at home, getting out into the community, or managing more complex health needs with the right clinical care.

Our Process
How we plan your NDIS supports
1. Connect
We start with a friendly chat about you – your goals, routines, preferences and existing NDIS plan. This can be over the phone, online or in person.
2. Plan
Together, we look at your funding and explore the supports that will suit you best – from in-home care and community access to transport, life skills and nursing care.
3. Support
Your supports begin with workers and nurses matched to your needs. We stay in touch, check how things are going and adjust as your goals or circumstances change.
